7yThank you for the time you spent submitting this review. I agree, the team you were on is a terrific group of people and I sincerely appreciate the kind words about your coworkers, managers, and the company in general.
We are a large enterprise with ongoing recurring orders to process so there will never be a point in time when we will be “caught up” or at zero; which I completely understand can feel daunting at times.
In direct alignment with your suggestions regarding delegation and improved workflows, we are spending a great deal of time focusing on how we can better support and introduce automation to handle these ongoing recurring tasks.
Until we get there I want you to know that I sincerely appreciate all of your efforts (and the whole team’s efforts) every day that ensured our clients benefited by your diligence in processing every order in a timely fashion.
