- Constant change in direction, which means many projects that get started are never completed. This becomes incredibly frustrating and de-motivating.
- Management is an absolute dumpster fire. Many of the VPs have very little experience, if any, in managing employees and it shows.
- Poor pay and mediocre benefits
- Zero communication beween departments
- No company culture
- Nobody cares about helping you grow your career
- Office is falling apart
- Very high turnover rate
- CEO has very poor leadership and social skills
- The CEO is impossible to get along with and will fire you if you challenge him at all. Oh, and any ideas you have will get shot down immediately. Apparently the CEO thinks he is the smartest person on the planet and knows how to do everyone else's job better than they do.
- I can't stress enough just how incompetent the CEO is.
