Pros
The causal dress code, nice office, stocked kitchen and covered parking were positives. Headquarters is located in a nice part of Houston. Work was challenging but rewarding as we had creative freedom when working on projects.
Cons
The c suite is out of touch with employees. It has steadily gotten worse and worse over the past months. They're acquiring too many companies too quickly, and it makes the roadmap unclear and moral low. They slowly took away benefits and put in ridiculous new policies saying they were "better for the company". Employees treated almost like children. It's like running a company in 1985. Very "good ol' boys club". There are too many other companies that value employees to tolerate this.
