I echo a previous review, there is an overly aggressive style from the senior team whose man management skills are non existent. The decisions that are made by the senior management beg belief, they have a total lack of engineering or production know how. They survive using inadequate, poorly selected suppliers who manufacture cheap, poor quality and sub standard product. I feel sorry for those that are still putting themselves through it by turning up for work here on a daily basis and even sorrier for those stepping through the door for the very first time expecting a wonderful new job, oblivious to what they are walking in to. The CEO and managing director consider themselves to be that little bit better than the rest of us
