Pros
1. Management and HR very supportive, No complaint about Management and HR Team. 2. This is the truth: "There is no flat structure." 3. No direct contact with Top management and top Management is always judged you based on the senior review. 4. You can't even express the idea and thought to senior/leader. 5. If anyone complains then that person going to be a target, and senior/leader starts to misbehave, shouting, fake blaming. And at end either employee get frustrate and leave the job. senior/leader create his own perceptions with saying people are talking about you that's why it is your fault. 6. If you want good feedback in your appraisal then you have to say yes in every situation to your senior/leader.
Cons
1. Such partiality is common like, senior/leader friends and follower like "ji-hujoori" wale can take leaves but if other ask for leave then he bluntly says you can leave this job and find another company, you are not required here. But if anything irregularity happens by senior/leader friends then that is fine. Their friends can take leaves anytime and senior/leader save him that he informed me on call. 2. So senior/leader thinks that he is the company owner and spoils the culture of the company. 3.If your appraisal is coming then always torture you with reminder that if you say no to me then senior/leader will give your negative feedback to HR. 4. senior/leader governance culture so many experience people left their jobs but still Management didn't take any action against this senior/leader, The company can not grow with such lead with their current improper mentality. 5. Skilled professional employees are handicap. There is no control of the Management over senior/leader.
