1 Bad Management 2 HR cheats everytime of appraisals 3 Employee performance never counted Whenver you join as new employee they can change your package on first day without any notice and information. 4 Too much politics in evey department of this company. 5 Employee wroking on different projects which are depended each other, under different leads and too much communication gap between two leads regarding projects requirements inbetween employees have suffer. 6 Employees growths zero over here. 7 seniors never help or guide you regarding new requirements or newly created projects on which they already worked. 8 Seniors will always force to follow theirs codinh stratagy, New employees can not wrote code based on his/her knowledge. 9. Very poor Appreciation process, who employees wants Appreciation on his/her worked tasks/projects they have to fill up form and submit to leads and HR
