Sometimes you need to work much more than you thought Company is in growth state. That means not fully finalised processes, management isn't ideal. But i hope this problems will disappear after some time

Remote work, they pay well

No job security, 0 morale among the employees and people constantly watching their back. The platform itself will make you question your morals and you will be constantly in fear of if you will have employment the next day. CEO lets people go on a whim and is way to hands on.
