Pros
Often working with really big and exciting clients and publishers across multiple digital and physical advertising platforms and the company prioritises social events and interactions. Strong mix of staff at exec/manager levels, promotions are merit based not just off time spent.
Cons
Frequently overloaded with work due to fast paced demand of agency, often causes training or correct order of tasks to go overlooked. Base pay is a bit crappy considering the workload and doesn't change after probation unless agreed upon.
