Regarding Paid Time Off, our organization has always offered a healthy PTO policy of 3 weeks and 7 sick days that our team members can take largely at their discretion. We also offer the week between Christmas and New Years off. For team members that have been with us for 2 years or more, we offer a $1,000 reimbursement towards vacations they take as encouragement towards recovery and resets because we understand that our workloads are often hefty as a small business.
We’ve reviewed our records as a result of this feedback and we cannot find any history of denying PTO. We’re sorry if you had an experience that felt you weren’t able to take the time off that you needed. As mentioned above, we take time away very seriously.
Additionally, our benefits include (and have always included) 100% of health, dental, and vision coverage as well as funding towards improving your space, funding towards career-related learning, and conference attendance.
