Management had very bad direction of product roll out and marketing team was not up to the mark . salary delay also happended.

Nice colleagues from diverse background and culture. Allow flexible work arrangement and salary is competitive to market.

Poor leaders and many managers are not firm as well as forward looking in their decision making. Too much changes even before the dust settle. Cash flow issue.
