Cons
Unless substantial changes are made to the organization, I struggle to see how this organization will continue to exist. Adversarial work culture - groups consistently are fighting for their legitimacy, resulting in a culture where folks are antagonizing each other. Failure to follow international regulations - the organization recieved multiple correspondance from agencies to fix their processes. Although a small group of people are working toward this, the majority of the team has no idea what is going on and refuses to change their behavior. Leadership has their fingers in everything - Sr. VP of R&D is writing low level documents. This disempowers teams. Let people do their jobs! Trying to do too much - the teams are trying to do everything at once and are not doing a good job at anything because of it.
