iRobot employs passionate, dedicated, brilliant people who are not only driven in their work, but are also friendly and engaging with coworkers. The work culture is fantastic - I feel supported by my team, and I appreciate my job's flexibility and hybrid nature.
Cons
Many employees have been leaving in recent years in search of better pay. It is a nearly universal complaint that we do not get paid enough given our positions in the tech industry. While the recent Amazon acquisition has yet to reveal anything about our future, I hope it comes with a pay raise...
