      Pros

      There are great, wonderful, smart people working at iRobot. The culture was great, I sincerely hope it returns.

      Cons

      The company has been re-organizing for most of 2022 and finally we're being sold to Amazon. It's been chaos and so far there's no end in sight.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
