      Pros

      Good salary, life insurance, holidays and work life balance is good. Mostly filled with good people and great talent. Nice offices with free drinks and snacks.

      Cons

      Currently company is in the middle of a crisis therefore lots of layoffs, no pay rise/bonus etc in the near future until the company is back on the up. Challenging market at the minute so no guarantee the company gets back to the heights of years gone by but hopefully they do.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
