      some freedom, some quality materials

      Cons

      - HR is hell and will steal your money, really unethical - they will offer the lowest starting salary regardless of your skill or experience - no colleagues or community ( as stated in pro's -there is some freedom)

      They give you all the support you need, and they also use a great software to teach.

      Don't see many cons, maybe that sometimes they will try to pay you less if you don't negotiate well your salary
