      Pros

      The people are great to work with. There's always lots of fun and exciting energy in the office. Being part of Vattenfall means that we are on a positive journey to become free from fossil within one generation and make a difference in the way we live. Great holiday allowance and benefits.

      Cons

      Although we're on a great journey, there are times where we are very reactive instead of being proactive. Some days can be hard, but it's all for the good in the end.
