During my time at iTECH, I witnessed the growth of many colleagues' confidence and technical abilities, which developed into either promotions and/or great career advancements at their next job. The company is stable and growing, so you're guaranteed security and growth as long as you can perform.
Cons
iTECH shares some cons with many other small companies. The primary con I shared was that office morale was not high during my time at iTECH, however, immediately after my departure, there were more company outings, and it seems to have improved.
