Pros
• average pay and great incentives that are easy to get • lots of cross training • lots of internal promotion potential • pay is weekly and current • diverse except for senior managers
Cons
• understaffed. Some departments are only one person. Employees goals are raised when someone leaves and affects their raises. Short staffed branches require overtime and will refuse to grant PTO • a lot of redundant and confusing paperwork. if someone needs to make a minor account change they need to redo their entire application and sometimes multiple forms. • too much emphasis on making calls. most members found them interruptive and bothersome. • requires taking 1 full week of vacation at a time. really bad for new employees who dont start with the full 2 weeks and have to use the bulk of their vacation at once • outdated technology
