Pros

5 words to leave review :) There is no pros. I’m extremely surprised by such a high rating.

Cons

Low salaries, no benefits, no trainings. A lot of Junior employees work in shadow mode as Seniors. Lack of projects and opportunities (i.e. no technical growth). Poor chaotic management and Toxic HRs. Aggressive growth strategy and as a result - a lot of laid off after any bad global market change. There is no bench. Employees without projects are offered to switch to very low-salary contract in case they do not agree to quit the company at their own request, after that employees can be fired on the article for absenteeism. Cancelling of all agreed terms on relocation. They do not help with legalisation in the country of relocation.

Pros

I've worked in tech sales for 8+ years and have never seen such a supportive sales environment from the top down. Management provides ample resources and support for their sales staff to achieve their targets and beat their quotas. On top of this there is ZERO micromanagement, no daily/weekly meetings reviewing KPI's. It was very refreshing for me to join iTechArt and see this. There's also a ton of flexibility in building your work schedule, even pre-pandemic there was no strict in-office policy. The marketing team acts as SDR's/BDR's and sends you warm leads on a regular basis. You still have to generate your own business via email/LinkedIn outreach campaigns, but there's no pressure to cold call if you don't want to. The software engineering staff is top tier in the software development world, making client retention unproblematic. You have the opportunity to work with fast-growing tech startups and help them build world-class software. You get great exposure to a variety of industries, from AI/ML, HealthTech, FinTech, Real Estate, eCommerce, Blockchain, so on and so forth. Through speaking with these fast-growing tech startups you get great networking exposure to early-stage founders and CTO's and their Angel/VC partners. iTechArt pays super competitively and on top offers great opportunity for career advancement. I've been working here for 1.5 years and have already been promoted. Overall, iTechArt is a great place to work and presents a tremendous opportunity as the company continues to expand quickly.

Cons

The single downside is that there is room for improvement when it comes to the fringe benefits offered.
