Pros

The monthly payroll was on time.

Cons

I worked for this company for about two years, serving the digital marketing and programming departments. Not only was there no prospect of progress, but these two years were a waste of time. My full-time salary ranges from 490 to 600 euros. The opening hours were from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. There were enough scenes and nerve eruptions from the owner, because some employees left 18:03 rather than 18:30 or 19:00 (as he wanted). And all this without paying overtime. Do not forget to mention that he banned (informal) freelancing. The management is lacking of respecting the employees and organising the administration. Despite the prizes that they won in contests, if you live a little bit there, you will understand that "the apple is rotten on the inside". The owner of the company is very unprofessional, phallocrat, vulgar, money-oriented and is a mobile bomb of negative energy and discouragement in the environment. He is not a leader, but a bad boss and mostly old-fashioned. He searches for easy and quick money and he seldom comes to the office. He treats workers with a lack of respect, demands to wash his dishes and glasses, criticises female workers in a disrespectful way to bring him coffee or anything else he wants. He doesn't respect anyone's public image and when he wants to offend you he will do it in the worst way in front of everyone. He recruits people who are calm and receptive so they can be manipulated more easily. Matching projects is based on his personal-preferences rather than employee skills. Obviously if he doesn't like you he fires you. In interviews, he overshadows the candidate by showing only the company and seeking "licking" and admiration. They are not interested in having effective relationships with their staff or their clients. However, their mistake is shown by the numbers. With a changing number of staff ( not exceeding 17) in just 1.5 years a total of 11 people withdraw and 2 were fired. In conclusion, for the past 2 years I worked in the company, they didn't care about room hygiene (17 people in a communal room of 80 square meters with a single toilet) or for its software staff and needs, such as computers, chairs etc. I feel sorry for those who are still working there, for whoever is going to work and for their partner customers. It was a terrible experience and a terrible man.

Pros

Only the payment at the time

Cons

Not worklife balance. You had to work overtime hours daily without of course to be paid. The boss is an arrogant person that does not care about his colleagues. It was an awful experience.
