Pros

1. Great people: Each person is aligned with the company interest and is ready to face challenges together. 2. Good bridge between business and tech: I've worked with  The new PM is always vigilant and takes up any issues/challenges faced by the business team. The voice is always heard. 3. Work Environment: The colleagues are always ready to help with work load and actively participate in challenging scenarios. 4. Opportunities: Being from the business side, due to extensive interaction with the dev team on projects and campaigns, I got the opportunity to learn a lot of new things from the space. 5. Management: In a time of crisis the higher management is always there to back you up. There is no way you're left alone in a situation where you're made responsible for any issues that are faced in executions. The problems are dealt with not ignored. They'll always pitch in and take the heat when you're grilled for something(which may not be your fault) which motivates a lot.  6: Work load: Yes there are sometimes when we're swamped with a lot of work, but hell ya, we're in a startup environment for the hustle not for the lay back attitude. 7. Knowledge transfer: Each team in the company is ready to share the knowledge to the full extent without asking questions about why you need the information for.8.  Transparency: The most transparent environment to work in. I have worked in small, mid level and large companies as well. There was never so much transparency regarding the financial and process related information. 9. Work timings: Flexible timings.10. Supportive management: Management is always ready to help you out with the issues, may it be personal or professional. For Example: In the current covid times, the company has already notified the employees that the health is important and you can take an off anytime your or family member's health is compromised.

Cons

1. Due to the work from home scenario. Company should be more aware of the essentials required for the work like laptops, peripherals(mice, headphones etc) and furniture. Every employee must be tracked about the tech/products/peripherals they're using for work. The CEO has already confirmed on the furniture part, however, never heard of the other things discussed.

Pros

1) Fully work-from-home 2) Provide opportunity of what you want learn 3) Helpful and humble colleagues 4) Autonomy to complete your work 5) Get to learn a lot working cross-functional. May not be applicable in bigger organisations as the experience is more suitable for start-up.

Cons

Because everyone works from home, you will feel less bonded with the colleagues. There is a gap between the business team and tech team. The business team does not understand the product they are selling. CEO is impatient and does not respect people's time, always late for meetings, even when it is with clients, for at least 20min. No appreciation for existing employees but spend big money hiring expensive 'mangers'.
