Pros

1) WFH but occassional lunch meet ups keep the team together. 2) Can choose to be involved in different areas including business devt, product management, infrastructure, coding, agile processes, data science, streaming 3) Most colleagues are approachable and will help each other 4) Very transparent work culture and provides everyone with high visibility on how the company is doing regularly. No BS. 5) Honestly hour gives everyone a voice to ask difficult questions 6. CEO is high energy, high EQ and respectable of everyone

Cons

1. Lacks whitepaper, product brochures, integration know-how and blogs related to ad-tech 2. Lacks clear product roadmap or elevator pitch to new or existing customers 3. Customer reporting dashboard is slow and inadequate 4. Small team and hence missing team leaders in functional tech areas with autonomy

Pros

1) Fully work-from-home 2) Provide opportunity of what you want learn 3) Helpful and humble colleagues 4) Autonomy to complete your work 5) Get to learn a lot working cross-functional. May not be applicable in bigger organisations as the experience is more suitable for start-up.

Cons

Because everyone works from home, you will feel less bonded with the colleagues. There is a gap between the business team and tech team. The business team does not understand the product they are selling. CEO is impatient and does not respect people's time, always late for meetings, even when it is with clients, for at least 20min. No appreciation for existing employees but spend big money hiring expensive 'mangers'.
