Pros

Opportunities to work on some really cool brands and projects, travel and be involved in major events around the country/world, depending on which accounts you are on. Impressive history and cornerstone leadership of some of the world's largest events - such as Olympics and Fifa for Coca-Cola.

Cons

This company has lost it's identity after selling out to Havas. Under former leadership there really was a family vibe, a feeling that everyone truly cared about one another through thick and thin - a real strong team aspect. People passionate about the work and each other, inspired by leadership and shared vision. They used to really be "all about the people", which made the below average salaries more tolerable. This is no longer, now just another agency in the sea of experiential service providers who are all about the bottom line, beholden to their parent company, a puppet holding onto one of many strings pulled by beancounters and executives who couldn't care less about positive human energy.

Pros

Fun atmosphere, love the work culture here, all the employees are great. You can't tell who is upper level and who is lower level because everyone is so genuinely nice and easy to talk to. We have a lot of great clients and get to work on a lot of very cool projects

Cons

Interns do not get paid enough & we work 40+ hours a week doing anything and everything, also sometimes the work get slow for interns and there isn't much to do
