Pros

Heres my honest comment.... I have been working at iQ for a little short of 2 years. When I look back to when I first started here straight out of college, I think about what attracted me to the industry and job given its facilities. The answer is simple..... When I interviewed the mangers and president listened to my pitch on why they should hire me and listened attentively to theirs. The vision was right on par with where I wanted to go and I find myself working with great friends and a stronger and stronger leadership team every day. The growth is unreal. I thought our president was just full of it and trying to motivate us but the fact is he delivers on what his goals are! Great environment, great people, good people.... work hard - you will see results and be rewarded... I have had multiple strong job offers one with a strong base salary of 60k but I love the people I work with and the vision of the organization.thats why I am here.

Cons

Sometimes you can be here longer that the usual hours..... but it's sales!

Pros

imageQUEST cares about their employees and customers. The salary and commission structure in sales is very competitive and you have the ability to make good money.

Cons

If you aren't self motivated and driven this isn't the job for you. But, if you are self motivated and driven you have the ability to make a great career with this company.

Pros

Could not have asked for a better experience. If you are looking to "SELL", iQ, Xerox is home. No day is the same, you become educated on every vertical market. You have to work hard to make 70+ your 1st 4 years but it's possible. Lastly, best of both worlds, we have Xerox if we need them, yet have the ability for local decision making. You would not be wise to go to Ricoh, Km, Cannon direct where it takes weeks to get a simple answer.

Cons

Keep improving order registry efficiency. We hate getting an order signed just to spend the rest of the month dealing with it.
