Pros
Great team, very talented and friendly animators and designers (and managers, accountmanagers, bosses and interns of course). You get to make a lot of new and international friends. You gain a lot of knowledge because you can reach out to anyone and ask them for feedback. Also you will have access to online courses etc. You will become a master in efficiency due to the high pressure schedules. The management listens to you, they are open to feedback or suggestions. Creative freedom, you get to create concepts, storyboards, design, animate in ways whichever you see fit (if it makes sense to the product) and do sound design. Amazing team trips!
Cons
The pace of work is very high and the work can be very demanding (it also depends how high you set the bar for yourself, but considering you're a creative you want to strive to make the best work possible). You have to clock your hours to the minute, some people are okay with this (in the end you're working on paid projects, not on a hobby project), but others find it frustrating. It's a very efficient company, not some playful design studio. Junior, medior & senior. It can take some time before you get a new title and quite some HR talks before you make the jump from junior to medior.
