Varun and I relocated to Dubai to accelerate international expansion, but we remain fully involved in product, strategy, and key customer decisions. That said, if this transition and lack of physical presence in the office has created any perception gaps internally, that’s on us to close. As we’ve scaled, we’ve intentionally empowered functional leaders with more ownership to increase speed and accountability, but we’re always open to improving how we show up as a leadership team.
