Pros

inFeedo's benefits are something I am proud of. Very few of my friends' startup companies get ALL these perks like: - Opportunity to interact with internal & external CXOs - Apple Macbook to each employee & more - WFH Setup allowance - Personal Development Credits - 100% Mental-Health Cover - Health Insurance including Parents - World Class Co-Working Space Access

Cons

- Some big change happens every 6 months - At times, cross-functional teams form performance perceptions without full context

Thank you for your great feedback! We're thrilled that you’re enjoying the perks at inFeedo, especially the opportunities to interact with CXOs and the comprehensive benefits we offer. We’re also glad to hear that you’re taking full advantage of our support for personal development and mental health. We appreciate your input on the pace of change and cross-functional perceptions. We’ll continue working on improving communication and clarity across teams. Your suggestion for more learning sessions from the founders is a great idea, and we’ll definitely consider it! Thanks again for sharing your thoughts!

Pros

inFeedo used to be a fast-paced, excellence-driven workplace that encouraged proactive thinking. Some team members still genuinely care about their work and try to maintain old standards. Flexible environment and good colleagues.

Cons

The last six months have been a downward spiral. The company that once thrived on excellence and proactive execution now feels unrecognizable. With the founders checked out and not involved, the new leadership feels directionless, uninspired, and disconnected from reality. There is zero clarity on priorities, vision, or expectations. Decisions feel random, slow, or nonexistent. A large part of the organization has slipped into a “chill and coast” mindset. Accountability is almost nonexistent. The culture is deteriorating so quickly that it’s obvious to anyone paying attention. People talk about it quietly because many don’t feel safe to speak up. The decline is so visible that it’s hard to believe leadership doesn’t see how damaging this is for morale, productivity, and the company’s future.

Hi, I’m Tanmaya, CEO at inFeedo AI. Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve felt this way recently - feedback like this matters, and we take it seriously. Every inFolk is a Culture Enforcement Officer, and if you ever see behaviours that don’t reflect our values, please raise it with me directly, through Amber, or anonymously via Anonymous Ally. We read and act on each signal carefully. We’ve tried to keep our direction, priorities, and plans transparent through All Hands AMAs. If there’s something you feel isn’t being addressed or is going unnoticed, please add it there - we will pick it up openly. I also want to clarify our recent move. Varun and I relocated to Dubai to accelerate international expansion, but we remain fully involved in product, strategy, and key customer decisions. That said, if this transition and lack of physical presence in the office has created any perception gaps internally, that’s on us to close. As we’ve scaled, we’ve intentionally empowered functional leaders with more ownership to increase speed and accountability, but we’re always open to improving how we show up as a leadership team. We’re committed to building a high-performing, accountable, and values-driven company. If you’re open to it, I’d be happy to understand your experience better. Please reach out to me directly at tanmayajain@infeedo.com.
