- zero onboarding. Laptop on table and figure it out attitude.
- insiders protect themselves and even though people are brought on for growth, they resist change
- there’s an “in crowd” and you won’t be invited. Same people run same stuff
- constantly changing priorities. Literally day to day. Don’t invest yourself in anything, because it will never happen
- disgusting attitude and treatment by CRO. He is a problem but he’s in the “in crowd”
- dumbest all hands I’ve ever been a part of. Learn nothing, get zero insights. Check the box kind of process.
- Founders are completely full of themselves and only talk about themselves
- Truly toxic organization
