Awful. Just awful. - Anonymous incident.io Employee Review

Pros

Being paid and not facing homelessness. However, it’s not so bad to the point that I’ve forgotten there are genuinely better jobs out there.

Cons

From the very first day, I realised I had made a grave error in leaving my previous position. The rampant toxicity is disguised as a “vibe.” The product? It’s destined to remain exactly what it is—a mere nice-to-have Slack widget. I've witnessed more VPs leave than I wash my duvet in a year. If there’s nothing negative to be found on Glassdoor, you can bet it's a fabrication; people deserve to be informed. Furthermore, they hand out hefty sums of money along with an NDA to those who part ways to prevent bad reviews.

Hi there, I appreciate you sharing your viewpoint and while it’s obviously tough to read, I’m sorry that you had, or are having, a negative experience here. When it comes to people leaving, we’ve historically opted to offer severance packages above and beyond what we’re required to, in order to help them bridge gaps between employment. We don’t ask people to sign a non-disclosure agreement as part of this. Regardless, if you’d like to discuss any of these issues, please feel free to reach out to me or any of the founders. Stephen (CEO)

Cons

not for you if you're trying to find a cushy laid back job
