Pros & Cons - Anonymous employee inos Automationssoftware Employee Review

There no well established processes. There are no well defined roles. There are no career opportunities. This company cannot keep up with the competition as far as the compensations and benefits concern. Comparing the knowledge you get from this work, versus the absence of the standard industry processes you don't learn because they don't exist, I would argue that this is not an ideal first job as someone pointed in a previous review.
