I have been working for IntegrateIT for over 6 years now. IntegrateIT is a small but growing company. I left Lockheed Martin to work here and will never work for a larger company again. IntegrateIT offers the best benefits: pay, 401k, vacation & health insurance. Highly recommend!

I have not experienced any Cons working for this company.

Leadership is always accessible, they really care about their employees, always reward hard work, host lots of corporate social events and community service activities. Benefits and pay are great. Vacation plan in great. The employees are all fun to be around. This is really a great company to work for.

Most of the work is for TS SCI clearance positions and requires that clearance to already be held prior to application, which makes it difficult to refer new potential employees.
