      Pros

      very nice people in the offices, people care about the company, issuu still has substantial scale which makes certain things fun

      Cons

      There are two worlds in issuu, most of the company is very collaborative and friendly, but at the very top is a top down, ex salesman, who is misleading the whole company. That cerates a lot of uncessary friction.

      Company was a great place to work at. Very collaborative environment and the benefits + compensation were aligned

      As part of the sales team unfortunately there was no place to grow professionally.
