Thanks for your feedback, we’re glad you highlighted two things that matter a lot to us: our remote-first flexibility and the strength of our people leaders across operational departments.
We also want to acknowledge the concerns you raised. Our company has recently gone through a significant evolution. That kind of growth can create friction - especially when processes and ways of working are not yet fully unified across teams. We recognise that integration can sometimes increase workload in the short term, and we are taking that seriously.
A few clarifications may be helpful:
- On the perception of “layoffs to cut costs”: this is not the direction that we’re taking. We don’t plan to reduce headcount; instead, we intend to continue investing in our team as we grow.
- On opening an office in Mauritius: this is a strategic choice to increase the support provided to the European team. This also helps protect and reinforce our capacity to invest in our people in Europe, through more adequate compensation and development opportunities.
- On feedback surveys and actionability: we agree that feedback must translate into visible action. We’re continuing to improve how we analyse insights and close the loop with teams so people can see what changes as a result of their input.
We appreciate a lot the point about preserving what made iubenda special. Our goal is to keep strengthening our culture and employee experience while scaling responsibly, and we know that requires clear communication and consistent processes.
Thank you again for sharing. If you’d be open to it, we are happy to welcome more detailed input through our internal channels so we can better understand the specific situations behind your experience and continue improving.
