      Pros

      Gives non-IT students the opportunity to enter the field of IT.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit lower than what one could get elsewhere. Works is project based, thus work task can vary a lot between projects. Furhtermore, as a consultancy the dependency on having a "good/nice" customer is large.
