I see so many negative reviews from either non-employees or former employees who left disgruntled, so let me offer some honest feedback as a current employee of joimax. I consider myself very fortunate to work amongst such a passionate team. The company is motivated, hardworking and precise with a shared goal of providing the best medical technology and services to the rapidly growing market of spinal endoscopy. If you appreciate med-tech companies and understand the start-up atmosphere, this can be a very good fit. I've seen and continue to see tons of opportunity to make something of yourself here and plant your roots at a company who appreciates your efforts and commitment. Like any small to medium sized company with a lean staff, it does require team effort to move the marker forward but it’s very rewarding to see how far we’ve come. Frankly, if you're an honest and driven employee that works well with others, you'll do great here and get recognized for it!

If you don't like to seize opportunities and drive change for the better, this may not be the company for you.
