Pros
I am still trying to find them. The view from the office was nice?
Cons
-I got initially offered full time employed contract only to be informed 48 hours prior my starting date that for "bureaucratic issues" they could only hire me as a freelancer. (I was never provided this info during none of our interviews, otherwise I wouldn't have even accepted it in the first place, as it was never my intention to open a VAT, having an accountant and all) -When I refused the offer and informed I would have left the company, all of the sudden the "bureaucratic issues" were solved in a couple of hours. I get offered a contract, however: -I get asked, besides working my standard 40 hours, to work extra hours (it doesn't matter if late or in the weekend, which btw, in my country has to be paid more accordingly) without being able to seek compensation for this extra work, without regulation on how many extra hours I can be requested to work and without possibility, for me, to refuse to be asked to work. -I never got refunded expenses of transportation as well a trip they asked me to book in advance (150 EURO, almost 200 USD) even if this was agreed in the contract.
