Pros
Seriously Not a single one. They treat you like a Animal. You can't even ask for help from your colleague. You can't even think about project. If you are thinking about your project they think like you are sitting idle. If you are writing something on your notepad, Your manager will come to you and will see what you are writing. Seriously Third Class environment, managers, Team Leaders. If you try to talk with your colleagues they will call you or that colleague and warn them, that they will fire you or your colleague.
Cons
1) HR are just for name. 2) Surinder :- Team Manager, he is like a KHAP Panchayat. Who don't know how to manage team, how to gate work done. He don't focus on your work, he just focus on if someone is doing anyt mistake or someone is talking to colleague. 3) You are not allowed to discuss about your problems. 4) You can't share your views and solution with anyone. 5) They don't want quality, they want pathetic donkey's who can just work and work. 6) They don;t know difference between Quality and quantity. 7) Owner's They don't care about there employees. 8) Increment, It is just a name. NO increment. Please only join if you want to work like a donkey. Thank you
