No cons to think of

Good company benefits. Schedule was flexible with remote/hybrid work during the pandemic. Paid vacation plan.

I was hired as a QA consultant to work with a major client of this CRO. The salary they offered me was below industry standards. There was no diversity in the employees. The training and onboarding program was subpar with minimal guidance. Also HR messed up my salary in the system and had to backpay me several months into my job. About eight months in, I got put on a long term assignment to work with their client (BASF). It started out well at first until the lady training me at their client site became extremely condescending and later went behind my back to complain to management after I made a slight mistake. Mind you it had only been about a month of me starting this project. She did a poor job training me, then escalated things without having a conversation with me first. Very unprofessional. Knoell didn’t take my side on this matter, even or care to understand my side of the story, and ended up letting me go, claiming that the client site didn’t “trust my work”. They couldn’t even reassign me to another client. Such a disappointing experience.
