We pride ourselves in providing transparency during the hiring process and did our best to highlight that we are in our growth phase. During the interview process, we stress that we had rapid growth on our team and will be adding HR resources in October 2020. We completely understand that your journey has not been ideal or typical due to remote HR orientation and learning.
Combining the growing pains and sprinkling in the challenges with COVID, we totally get that you are not satisfied. We promise to impress you next month when we implement our new HR team and mobile APP. As far as the benefits not being competitive, we asked for the best package and the most competitive in the industry. We cover 50% of your payment, we offer the max 401K match and in 2020 we have not taken any vacation of time off from any employee during COVID as a token of our appreciation for the hard work and the inconvenience. We thought that was a fair compromise.
Our core values stress that we expect an elite work ethic but this should not impact the quality of life. We have a go home on-time policy. We also have a very solid Exec Team that holds each other accountable. It may come across as a “BFF club” but they actually push each other to be the very best. Exec members have to align and show a united front to the team prior to presenting. We have our fair share of debates and objections we overcome as a team but if you actually spend time with us you will see that the entire company has a One Team One Dream culture and a BFF club is a company-wide goal. From Book clubs, Personal coaching, Happy Hours, Team events, Contests, and games, to constant praise via slack. Finally, the monthly recognition is based on company metrics and we never change the goals but we do ramp you up to them with a “training wheels” program in the first 30-60 days. We always pay sales and CS the same at 10% commission with no cap. Once the training is complete we see CS make a great additional amount of bonuses. We at leadPops believe in "coaches, not bosses" mentality to provide the real-time support you need remotely.
Our hiring strategy is common and industry standard. We have hired via online sites, job fairs, and referrals as and we will continue to try all angles to find the best talent.
