      Pros

      - Very good vision of market (able to reinvent itself to go further) - Passionate people who love their job (everybody is in the same rocket) - Very strong tech and remote culture - Company which takes care of its people

      Cons

      - Fit with the culture of Lempire must be a 100% match - You need to have strong knowledges in tech to be able to evolve in a small quad - One week of team building of is not enough to meet all your colleagues ;)

      Pros

      A team that's ready to make a difference, a great product and full support from management. Also one of the coolest industries you can work in, with the best GTM teams in the world and helping them put together their outbound strategy. Lots of learning, super supportive team and lots of opportunities if you show up and make a difference. They treat employees with respect, ownership and good compensation.

      Cons

      Not a ton of teammates in NAM, so can feel a little lonely. Company does a great job of fostering friendships by doing 2+ trips a year with the company.
