Pros
-Young and creative teams. -Friendly colleagues. -Professional tools
Cons
-No proper training tailored for your role; the only training is about the company and service. -Stressful work environment and unreasonable targets that almost no one can achieve - Many Salespeople left the company. -Having a "Good luck" strategy for achieving your individual targets. -In most cases, you'll find yourself left alone to deal with any external problems that HR or Finance people are supposed to take care of it. -Almost no benefits (for people working outside of Germany) - I mean no private insurance, sports card... . However, they were promised and discussed in the pre-contract to have them, but it never happened! -Very poor C-level decision-making - Just awaiting people for months to confirm something - For instance, waiting for 6 months and several follow-ups if the employment contract will be extended or not and suddenly they telling you that you'll work till tomorrow and forcing you to take all your holidays till the end of contract! My overall advice is that if you are considering joining the company as your First Job, it is a good place to learn things, otherwise do not recommend it if you're seeking career growth.
