Good base salary, little to no travel, no expectations if you want a stress free sales gig. Most of the people at the company are great to work with.
Cons
Sad to see one of the leaders and founders in image exchange fall off the map. Unfortunately the company brought on the wrong people to clean house years ago. The CEO has been searching for an identity outside image exchange as their service contracts continue to dwindle. It seemed like every person who came on board was offered stock, yet the company won't tell anyone the amount of outstanding shares so you can put a value to them. Speaking with stock holders, sounds like there could be a billion shares allocated. The HR director and VP of sales cannot be trusted, which makes it a very challenging environment. There was a very good culture that was completely destroyed after the takeover. If you're looking for sales position, get a guarantee (non recoverable draw) so you don't end up spending the next 5 years paying it back.
