Amazing people, benefits, and you get to wear comfy clothes to work. I thought that they did a great job at inclusion as well. The interview process was quite difficult but helped me in the long run because of that experience preparing for future jobs.
Cons
Sometimes weird hours and having to work two weekend days always was tough (fri, sat, or sun).

discounts, perks, benefits, and community events. I love my coworkers that aren’t in management.
Cons
lots of drama. I’ve been bullied and excluded by a handful of people, including managers. very much so the popular scene. tight scheduling. just updated policy. not many people are happy. have to abide by policy and no way around it for scheduling. dramatically less lenient with scheduling and expectations than when I started. very disappointed. seems they care more about the guest experience than the employee experience now.
