      *Poor leadership *The VM role is hard, because it is not a leadership role, but is given the responsibility of a leader without the pay, resources, or support. *My store leaders spent most of their time in the office, even when they were scheduled to be on the sales floor supporting guests

      Pros

      discounts, perks, benefits, and community events. I love my coworkers that aren’t in management.

      Cons

      lots of drama. I’ve been bullied and excluded by a handful of people, including managers. very much so the popular scene. tight scheduling. just updated policy. not many people are happy. have to abide by policy and no way around it for scheduling. dramatically less lenient with scheduling and expectations than when I started. very disappointed. seems they care more about the guest experience than the employee experience now.
