Pros
mDesign was a great place to work during that time in my career. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They have great work life balance with 4 weeks PTO and they are flexible with logging on/off for the day. They offer a lot of fun benefits like free lunch on in-office days, contests, social events, and a lot of free products. The office is beautiful and a fun place to work.
Cons
They do not seem to care about young professionals and treat you as if you are replaceable. There were no set goals for you to grow and learn as an individual. Compared to other companies, the workload is significantly less which is good for a work life balance but not good if you are looking to learn/grow within your career. The pay is very low/not competitive at all and there has been 0 bonus opportunity within the past couple of years.
