Pros
While the initiatives and mission to support small businesses and startups is great, there is lots of room for growth internally. In order to have great results, there needs to be accountability of leadership and issues amongst staff.
Cons
With no HR department, employees are left to fend for themselves. The culture does not reflect work life balance to the point of extreme burnout resulting in a massive turnover rate. The organization has lots of potential but lacks to promote from within or offer growth for existing staff. It would really benefit the organization to give everyone an equal voice and be truly inclusive and diverse.
