Magier has a really positive and welcoming culture. The people are supportive, easy to work with, and genuinely care about doing good work together. Communication is clear, and you’re trusted to take ownership without being micromanaged. The flexibility is a big plus. Working remotely feels natural here, with a healthy respect for personal time and boundaries. Meetings are purposeful and well organized, which makes it easier to stay focused and avoid burnout. The work itself is engaging and varied. Projects are interesting, there’s room to be creative, and you’re encouraged to grow and learn along the way. Overall, it’s a place where the work feels meaningful and the environment makes you want to do your best.

Honestly, I don’t have any real cons to mention.

I really enjoy working here. As a designer, I hate being micromanaged, and I don't get that here. They actually trust my opinion on UI and graphics. The team is super chill and easy to talk to, and I feel like the work I do actually matters to the company.

Things move pretty fast since the company is growing, so you have to be ready to switch gears sometimes - which I see it more as a challenge rather than a cons.
