The pay structure is somewhat a scam. Big promises but little on the back end. They say you will get a ton of vacation, but when you look deeper, you also aren't getting paid, and could potentially owe the company money. Had a recruiter that pretty much stalked me. Very bad impression of the company. Didn't feel that they really cared about me and my career unless they were making money off it.
