Pros

* Interesting international projects and a very talented team * Working with YouTubers! * Plenty of ownership and opportunities to take initiative, management really provides a lot of freedom to aspiring people * A lot of team activities aimed at getting to know each other in the remote work: seasonal checklists, book club, walking challenge, annual trips * Good pay if you work hard and have ambition * The company cares about employees and you can feel it

Cons

* A very fast-moving environment. Maybe a plus for someone, but it can be hard to keep up sometimes and it's scary to go on vacation, because once you return back to work - you're already behind * Some internal processes are still evolving and could be more streamlined * Sometimes priorities are not 100% clear and you need to do 10 urgent things at once

Well-Organized Onboarding and Training: The onboarding process and training programs are well-structured and thorough, ensuring new employees are well-prepared for their roles.

High Turnover Rate: There is a significant turnover rate in the department, which affects team stability and continuity. Intimidation Tactics: The team lead often uses threats of termination to motivate employees, creating a stressful and unproductive atmosphere. Meaningless Work: The primary task is sending cold emails to potential clients without considering the specific market characteristics, making the work feel futile. Lack of Marketing Analysis: There is no marketing analysis of the target audience or alternative methods for acquiring clients besides cold emails. Unrealistic Sales Targets: Sales targets are often unrealistic and unachievable, leading to 80% of employees leaving the company within 3-6 months.
