The kindest interview I’ve ever had. Not rushed off your feet with deadlines. Reasonable workload expectation. Really kind colleagues and people are overall pretty happy here.

Some workers shy away from phones with anxiety and avoid calls from clients. Fee earners leave their phones on divert to secretaries all the time to avoid callers. Company made redundancies to save money, claimed my job wasn’t needed anymore but they passed my workload onto colleagues instead to cut costs. This was very disappointing.

Friendly colleagues and socials. Clear expectations and communication. Nice to interact with other offices instead of feeling isolated. Great work life balance. Feel like a person and not a robot.

Benefits could be better as not competitive to other firms in region. Better case and account system.
